CTS - Mid South serves the Mid South area providing tissue recovery services, tissue distribution to local and national health care facilities and bereavement services to our donor families. CTS – Mid South provides life saving skin grafts to the local Regional Medical Center’s Burn Center. Each year, thousands of tissue grafts are distributed to local hospitals.
Our donor families are very important to us, and therefore we provide ongoing support after donation. CTS – Mid South, in conjunction with the local organ and eye recovery agencies, host an annual event to honor our donors and families for their ultimate gift of life.
Additionally, CTS – Mid South participates in various public events and health fairs to raise community awareness of the critical need for organ, eye and tissue donation. Representatives are also available for speaking engagements upon request.
